Numisroad was born from the realization that there wasn’t a marketplace specifically designed for numismatics with a modern, user-friendly interface for the new generation of collectors. Existing platforms felt outdated and lacked the community spirit we desired. So, we left our previous roles in Tech, to follow our passion and create Numisroad—a marketplace dedicated to numismatics.
Who Are We?
We are a team of committed coin collectors and enthusiasts deeply immersed in the fascinating world of numismatics. Our passion for coin collecting was sparked during the pandemic when a friend introduced us to this incredible hobby. After attending our first coin show, we were hooked! Since then, our fascination with coins has only grown stronger.
Where Does the Name Numisroad Come From?
The name Numisroad combines "Numismatic" and "Silk Road," one of the largest trade routes in history where coins were used to trade goods across Eurasia. We took "Numis" from Numismatic and "Road" from the Silk Road. Together, they form Numisroad.
