As a marketplace facilitator, our primary goal is to ensure a smooth and satisfactory transaction experience for both buyers and sellers. This return policy outlines the conditions and processes under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled on our platform.

  • General Return Policy

    • 1. Eligibility for Returns

      • Missing or Incorrect Items: Some items are missing or don’t match the order.
      • Damaged or Fake Items: Items are broken, expired, defective, counterfeit, or don’t match the description.
      • Package Not Delivered: Items are , lost, not shipped, delivered to the wrong address, or marked "delivered" but not received.
    • 2. Return Process

      • Buyers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
      • To start a return, buyers must request it through the order page for the purchased product and provide a reason. This will open a conversation with the seller to review and approve or decline the return.
      • Sellers are required to respond to return requests within 3 business days.
    • 3. Return Shipping

      • The seller covers the return shipping if the item is defective or incorrect. Sellers will need to communicate and reimburse buyers directly (e.g., via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or other payment methods) on return shipping cost.
    • 4. Refunds

      • The Seller may require you to return the item before receiving a refund.
      • All items must be returned in the same condition as received to be eligible for a refund.
      • Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, they must process the refund within 5 business days.
      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary based on the payment provider.
  • Seller Obligations

    • 1. Timely Communication

      • Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries regarding returns within 3 business days.
      • Sellers must process refunds within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item once the return is authorized.
    • 2. Compliance

      • Sellers must comply with local laws and regulations regarding consumer rights and returns.
  • Buyer Responsibilities

    • 1. Return Requests

      • Buyers must initiate return requests within the specified return window (7 days of delivery).
      • To start a return, buyers must request it through the order page for the purchased product and provide a reason. This will open a conversation with the seller to review and approve or decline the return.
    • 2. Condition of Returned Items

      • Buyers must ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
      • Items graded by any third-party graders, such as PCGS and NGC, and sold through the Numisroad platform must be returned in their original, undamaged holder.
      • Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice (unless stated otherwise by the seller).
    • 3. Insurance and Safe Delivery

      • Buyers are responsible for fully insuring and ensuring the safe delivery of any returns.
  • Dispute Resolution

    • 1. Escalation Process

      • If a return or refund issue cannot be resolved directly between the buyer and seller, either party may escalate the matter to our customer support team.
      • Our team will review the case and may require additional documentation from both parties.
    • 2. Final Decision

      • Our customer support team will make a final decision on the dispute based on the provided evidence and platform policies.
      • The decision will be communicated to both parties, and any resulting actions (e.g., refunds, replacements) will be implemented promptly.
  • Miscellaneous

    • 1. Errors and Omissions

      • Numisroad is not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect attributions, errors in pricing, or anything of this nature.
    • 2. Policy Amendments

      • Numisroad reserves the right to change any aspect of our Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
    • 3. Customer Communication

      • Registration qualifies the user as a Numisroad customer, and regardless of any regulation to the contrary, the user agrees, until this consent is revoked in writing, that we may from time to time contact the user concerning sale and purchase opportunities available through Numisroad.
