      • Secure Packaging: Ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Use bubble wrap, padded envelopes, or sturdy boxes as necessary.
      • Tamper-Evident Seals: Consider using tamper-evident seals for high-value items to provide an extra layer of security.
      • Labeling: Clearly label the package with the buyer's shipping address and a return address. Include a packing slip with item details inside the package.
    • Shipping Methods

      • Approved Carriers: Use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
      • Tracking and Insurance: All shipments must include tracking information. For items valued over $100, insurance is highly recommended.
      • Delivery Confirmation: For high-value items, we suggest using signature confirmation to ensure the package is received by the intended recipient.
    • Shipping Timeline

      • Dispatch Time: Ship items within 3 business days of receiving the order confirmation. Update the order status and provide tracking information to the buyer once the item has been shipped.
      • Delays: If there is a delay in shipping, notify the buyer as soon as possible and provide an updated shipping timeline.
  • For Buyers

    • Shipping Costs

      • Shipping cost will be covered by the seller, unless for certain return situations. Sellers will need to communicate and reimburse buyers directly (e.g., via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or other payment methods) on return shipping cost. See Return Policy for more information.
    • Tracking and Delivery

      • Tracking Information: Buyers will receive tracking information via email, marketplace notifications, and the order’s tracking system on the order page once the seller ships the item. This information can be used to track the shipment status.
      • Signature Confirmation: Be prepared to sign for high-value items upon delivery to ensure they are received safely.
    • Address Accuracy

      • Correct Address: Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and up to date in your account. The marketplace is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
      • Special Instructions: If you have specific delivery instructions, communicate these to the seller at the time of purchase.
